We love to GO FOR A RIDE

with SW and TC.

And, as the summer starts, we'll

be GOING FOR A RIDE a LOT!

V is for Varmints

Some NIGHTS we like to STAY OUT.

Then we hear a NOISE and start BARKing.

TC usually comes out to see why we are BARKing.

Like this night...

We don't like the RACK-OONs.

So we BARKed and they went up a TREE.

We BARKed and BARKed and BARKed.

TC came out to check on the BARKing.

GET 'EM RACK-OON!

They stayed in the tree that night, but the next morning

we could SMELL the RACK-OON so we tried to FIND 'EM.

We did!

But, by the time TC came to where we were BARKing

the RACK-OONs were BAD and HURT us...

DIXIE got bit near the eye, so

We had to GO FOR A RIDE to the VET!

RACK-OONS got DILLON's leg and muzzle

We had to have SHOTS!

And, it was worse than the time we tried to

GET 'EM PORK-U-PINE...

Yep, time to GO FOR A RIDE

to the VET too.

U is for Uncommon Occurrence

We like GOING FOR A RIDE

because we get to COME UP

on the BED to SLEEP!

We don't get to do this at HOME

so it's a SPECIAL TREAT!

I could SLEEP like this FOREVER...

S is for Siblings

SW:  technically, I know this is cheating, but I really can't think of anything better than this post.  Dixie and Dillon have been tied at the hip, UNITED as I titled this post last year.  They do EVERYTHING together... including potty time... enjoy this post from last year with all it's PIKTURS...!

Ever since I met my little BROTHER DILLON

we have lots of FUN together.

I whispered in his ear and promised that I would

teach him everything he needed to know to

be a GOOD DOG for SW and TC.

I showed him how to pose for PIKTURS

And, I showed him where the CORNER and MAT

were...

And now it's MORE FUN because we do everything together...

We even FETCH the STICK together...

It's NICE to have a little BROTHER...

And, I like my big SISTER DIXIE!

R is for RV

We have been GOING FOR A RIDE

for the last 2 weeks in what SW calls an RV.

We don't like the RV.

It's like a HOTEL ROOM but it MOVES.

SW, TC and GRAMMA were all in it too...

We went FOR A RIDE

to a LOT of places in the RV.

And, we had a lot of FUN!

Q is for Quickly...

Only have a few minutes before I lose power and wifi signal...
One last day on the road, dogs doing great!
Having a lot of fun...!

P is for "go PLAY!"

We we GO FOR A WALK with SW,

we have to be GOOD DOGS and stay

on the LEASH...

But when SW says, "GO PLAY!"

that means that we can RUN, or SWIM

or anything off the LEASH!

What we mostly do is PLAY with each other...

And we PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!

O is for Overjoyed

SW:  Oh, to be a dog and enjoy the simple things in life...

Whenever we travel, and there's a snow bank,

we always stop to let the dogs out..

the dogs just can't wait to roll around in it...

He could do this all day long...

You can see how red his chest is from

rubbing it along the snow as he crawled on his 

belly across it...

Silly dogs...

N is for more National Parks!

If you have been READING our BLOG,

you know that we GO FOR A RIDE a LOT

and one of SW's favorite places is

the Nash-in-all Park.

This week is Nash-in-all Park's Week,

and so far we have GO FOR A RIDE 

to 4 of them this last week in the MOTOR HOME!

Theodore Roosevelt NP

Badlands NP

Wind Cave NP and

Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP

We've added them to our list on the side...

L is for Life Happens

**from SW, we're traveling and no place to stay but a Walmart parking lot for the night in the RV... Plan blog, hopefully more tomorrow...

SW likes to call us her "FUR KIDS"

We've been with her since we were 7 weeks old

And she's watched us grow up...

And taken care of us when we've gotten hurt...

We are her FUR KIDS...
